Simagic Mega Holiday Sales Terms & Conditions
1. Promotional Period
The Simagic Mega Holiday Sales (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 UTC on November 14th, 2025, and ends at 12:00 UTC on December 20th, 2025.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all countries (excludes countries covered by an exclusive distributor) with a valid shipping address who are 18 years or older as of November 14th, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
3. Free Shipping Offer
A. United States/Canada
Free shipping on orders over $699, tax not included.
B. European Union
Free shipping on orders over $699, tax not included.
C. Other countries
Free shipping on orders over $999, tax not included.
4. Shipping
A. Shipping Time
Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmation. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-5 business days (US & Europe) or 8-10 business days (other regions), depending on location.
Note: Shipping timelines are not guaranteed during peak seasons. If you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery window, please contact us via email shop@simagic.com.
B. Shipping Rules
We prioritize shipping from the closest in-stock warehouse. If some items are out of stock locally, they'll ship from other warehouses—this may delay receipt of those items. Additionally, most large-sized products ship in multiple packages, and courier capacity shortages may cause parts to arrive separately.
C. Shipping Zone
If your country isn't included in the checkout process, please send your order (list of products) to be purchased and your receiving country to shop@simagic.com. We'll send you a reply within 3 working days to confirm.
5. Returns and refunds
A. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount.
B. For returns/exchanges requested due to non-product quality issues:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs—this includes both the cost to send the item back to us and the original shipping fee of your order.
Original order shipping fees cannot be canceled or refunded. Only the cost of the product itself will be eligible for a refund.
6. Coupon terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only on simagic.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
G. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
7. General Terms
A. If you encounter any issues during the promotional period, please contact us at shop@simagic.com for assistance.
B. Simagic reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
C. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that simagic's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. Simagic reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
D. During the promotion, all orders must comply with Simagic's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
E. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
F. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
G. Simagic is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
H. Simagic is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
I. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
J. Simagic reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

Why are goods received in multiple packages?
We prioritize shipping from the closest in-stock warehouse to you. lf some items are out of stockat that warehouse, they will be shipped separately from other warehouses. Additionally, largeproducts require split shipping, and courier capacity shortages may also result in separatedeliveries. You can check the logistics status of each package in your order details.
Why can't l purchase from your website?

Can the delivery address of an order be modified during Black Friday?
You may attempt to modify the delivery address before the order is shipped. To do so, pleasecontact shop@simagic.com with your order information as soon as possible. Once the order isshipped, the address cannot be modified.
For returns or exchanges due to non-product quality issues, who bears the associated fees?
If you request a return or exchange due to non-product quality issues, you (the buyer) will bearthe logistics fees for returning the goods. Additionally, the original shipping fee of the ordercannot be waived and therefore cannot be refunded temporarily only the cost of the productitself will be refunded, Please note this in advance.
