I ordered on April 29th and it has now been nearly 14 days, and I haven't received any sign of my order being shipped. I was charged $60 for shipping and was told 5 business days is how long it'll take to begin shipping. But the lack of communication from Simagic has been a huge let down.
Again, it has been 2 weeks and they haven't even printed a shipping label yet. I imagine it's gonna take over a month to ship here once the label is created.
I have emailed them twice and have heard nothing back.
