The Alpha EVO Ultra is SIMAGIC's flagship performance benchmark. With patented torque-matching technology, its ultra-low inertia servo motor and zero-cogging design accurately replicate slip, traction loss, bumps, and collisions as proportional motor torque. This produces immediate, realistic steering feedback with natural dynamic texture—free from the mechanical harshness of traditional systems.

An encoder measures the motor shaft's position, speed, and rotation direction. In a direct-drive system, it provides precise, real-time position data—critical for accurate force feedback. High-resolution optical or magnetic encoders can detect micro-movements and vibrations, converting track surface texture and bumps into tactile steering feedback.

An ultra–low inertia motor has a rotor with significantly lower rotational inertia. It reacts extremely quickly, enabling instant acceleration and directional changes. In sim racing, it reproduces micro-vibrations, slip events, and bumps without delay or overshoot. Its benefits are similar to vehicle lightweighting—improving agility and acceleration.

Continuous torque refers to the maximum torque a motor can sustain over long periods—crucial during curb strikes, oversteer corrections, or sudden steering inputs.

Alpha EVO Ultra supports bottom, side, front, and desk mounting to fit pre-built rigs, profile rigs, and regular desks. (Note: only bottom-mount requires no additional accessories. Front-mount plates will block the magnetic QR interface—do not use if magnetic power/data is needed.)

SimPro Manager allows users to adjust steering angle, lock strength, force-feedback parameters, pedal vibration levels and triggers, and configure wheel-screen layouts and LED behavior—supporting fully personalized control setups.

SIMAGIC Alpha EVO Ultra will be officially available in Q1 2026. The first batch will be shipped in order of orders, and shipping progress will be updated to users in real time via order notifications and official platforms.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery: 24 months for pedals, steering wheels, and wheelbases; 12 months for peripherals and accessories; and 6 months for replacement parts for repairs. For more details, please refer to Warranty Policy.
Other materials (such as packaging, stickers, instruction manuals shipped with the device/expansion accessories) are not covered under warranty.

SIMAGIC will provide free firmware update services for users prior to product discontinuation.
For discontinued products, maintenance spare parts will still be available for two years from the date of the official discontinuation announcement.

If you purchased the product(s) from a SIMAGIC official store, you are entitled to global warranty support. We will assist you in locating a local or nearby service center for troubleshooting and repairs.
If you purchased the product(s) from an authorized SIMAGIC dealer, you may choose either of the following options:
1) Return the product(s) to the original point of purchase for maintenance. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all associated costs, including cross-country or cross region shipping fees, customs duties and other related expenses.

If the product develops quality-related issues within 30 days of receipt, you may apply for a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new device.
