The issue isn’t with the products just to be clear. The issue I have is with customer support. I made an order, didn’t realize the cost of shipping until the order processed (shipping was more or equal to the cost of goods) but within an hour of the order I sent an email to cancel to ensure the products didn’t get fulfilled. I got a reply that they would try to stop the order but of course it was too late by the time of response due to the increased column of thanksgiving weekend and Black Friday. With that being said I have seen multiple other emails asking how to return the products and get all my money back because I canceled in a reasonable time according to my confirmation email and have yet to receive a response. I would like to rectify the situation as it’s already been 20 days. If I didn’t know any better I would say the delay in response to to fulfill a return policy gap so I somehow get stuck with the purchase…..
