I Needed a power supply for my alpha evo pro. I had ad a nice and fast response and help on discord with a support ticket, shipping from China to Switzerland was pretty fast aswell, around 2 Weeks. BUT, there is a need for simagic to send some of these supplys around the world to your official revendor so people can get a sobstitute more easy... I read about people having problem on reddit a couple of times now... So its not a uncommon problem. And the power supply is a unique piece.. Its not so easy to replace.
