Customer service wasn’t too much of a hassle, in fact it was super easy. I was able to find what I needed, and I’m happy with my purchase. And I believe it should work well with my setup. However I’m not exactly happy with the shipping costs that I believe were way too high. $25 alone for one power cord is a bit much, although that fact alone didn’t really bother me. What did bother me was the fact I had to pay an extra $30 for shipping for just one cord. And another thing too is the shipping will take an ungodly amount of time for just that one cord I ordered to arrive. Overall it’s a mid experience.
