How do I join SIMAGIC Rewards?
Visit account.simagic.com and create a free account using your name and email address. Complete the registration process to receive 50 welcome points and a $10 welcome coupon. If you already have a SIMAGIC account, you can sign in to access the programme.
What can I use my points for?
Points can be redeemed for eligible discounts and selected rewards available through the SIMAGIC Rewards dashboard.
The standard redemption rate is 5 points for $1 off.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making eligible purchases, completing selected activities through your Rewards dashboard, and participating in official SIMAGIC events.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 365 days after they are earned. Qualifying membership status is also currently valid for 365 days.
How are points calculated for different currencies?
SIMAGIC Rewards uses USD as its reference currency. Purchases made in other currencies are converted to their equivalent USD value using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. There is no overall limit to the points you can accumulate, although individual activities may have earning limits.
When will I receive points from a purchase?
Points are credited 30 days after your entire order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Returns, refunds, or order modifications may affect when your points become available.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Can redeemed points be refunded?
No. Once points have been redeemed, they cannot be refunded.
Can I transfer points or coupons to another account?
No. Points and coupons are linked to your individual SIMAGIC account and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other accounts.

Sign in to your SIMAGIC account and visit the Rewards dashboard to view your points, available coupons, and eligible activities.
