P2000 Pedal

Got an email saying it was filled 15 days ago. At the time of the email I have not received the pedals yet.

After around 3 years of use, the brake cylinder on my SIMAGIC setup developed a leak from the front O-ring. Eventually, all the brake fluid leaked out of the cylinder, leaving the brake completely unusable.

I contacted both the German supplier and SIMAGIC to ask whether a repair kit or replacement parts were available. Unfortunately, I received no response from either side.

It has now been 4 months without any response or solution.

For a product from a company like SIMAGIC, I find this level of after-sales support unacceptable. A brake cylinder is a critical component, and after only around three years of use, customers should at least be able to get a response and information about replacement parts or a repair kit.

I hope SIMAGIC addresses this issue and improves its customer support and availability of spare parts.RS THE BRAKE CYLINDER STARTED TO LEAK AS A RESULT

I ordered 3 items with you and you guys shipped them separately. I received the first 2 items but the third item (the pedals) never arrived. I contacted UPS and they informed me that your team had informed them the wrong zip code. The package was on the way to return to the sender and we asked to intercept the package and send it to the correct address. But UPS said only the sender can intercept the package and this should be required by the sender. We immediately contacted your team but it looks like nothing happened. The big issue is that I live in Brazil and placed the order in a time manner to get all the packages delivered before I travel back to Brazil, which is happening on Sep/14th. So, it is too frustrating not be able to bring the pedals together with the other 2 items simply because I will not be able to use the simulator without the pedals.

Pedals feel great. They are a little tall. A heel plate should be included for the price.
